Choose individual fixtures from their collection instead of a suite — pendants up to a $250‑each allowance are included; fixtures above the allowance are quoted in writing at your selections meeting.

Included: stainless side‑by‑side refrigerator with ice maker, 30‑inch freestanding range (gas or electric, your choice), over‑the‑range microwave, and top‑control dishwasher.
The over‑the‑range microwave is standard. Swap it for a chimney hood free, then choose where the microwave goes — or skip it.
